The MASTER TRAINER II is superiority in a compact style with 7 stations: Bench Press/Squat; Vertical Pec; Chin-Up Bar; Lat Pull Down w/ Lo pulley; Standing Leg Curl; Leg Extension.

  1. Bench Press/Squat & Calf Station - Standard and neutral position hand grips are provided for bench presses as well as shoulder presses. Contoured shoulder pads allow user to perform squats. B 117 Multi-purpose Incline/Flat bench is included.

  2. Vertical Pec - Adjustable movement arms allow user to set starting position every 10 degrees. Adjustable seat.

  3. Lat Pulldown* - Adaptable to a variety of exercises for back muscles. Features adjustable roller pads that secure hips while performing exercise.

  4. Lo Pulley* - Highly versatile station allows user to perform bicep curls, abdominal cable crunches, low rows, and other exercises.

  5. Standing Leg Curl* - Provides unilateral isolation of the hamstrings from a standing position. Adjustable roller pad and thigh cushion allows proper fit for correct performance of the exercise. Axis alignment for proper body conditioning. Gas spring assist on thigh cushion.
