The CX 122 SUPER LEG PRESS is designed to accommodate virtually all types of individuals, including fitness enthusiasts, body builders, senior citizens, professional athletes, as well as patients in physical therapy. The unit is extremely user friendly because it is low to the ground to allow for easy entry and exit, and is easily adjustable.

The CX 122 Super Leg Press will provide a superior workout or rehabilitation routine and is engineered to be high quality and extremely durable. The fundamental objective of this machine is to exercise the upper legs and hips using combined action of the Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps and Hamstring muscle groups.

45° Seat Angle Objective
The advantages to using the machine with seat in the up position are:

  1. More emphasis is placed on the Quadriceps muscles and less on the Gluteus Maximus and Hamstring muscles.
  2. The load on the lower back is significantly reduced.

10° Seat Angle Objective
The advantages to using the machine with the seat in the recumbent position are:

  1. Equal emphasis is placed on all three muscle groups.
  2. More correctly simulates true squat by allowing for a full range of motion.
